Keeper of Elysium

Building on a previous suggestion of Mr. Yarrow, I have decided to make Mr. Yarrow the keeper of Elysium. He will be responsible for ensuring the masquerade is upheld, punishing those who jeopardize it, and those who breach the rules of Elysium. As I'm sure you've gathered, this also means that Mr. Mauser is no longer Keeper of Elysium.

For now, Elysium sites remain unchanged. Elysium sites including Club Blase, and the Invitation only Toreador location.
