I would once again, like to make it known to all that Loki of clan Toreador is the keeper of Elysium. When I claimed praxis, I took the temporary measure of extending the protection of Elysium to the entire city. I now no longer feel this is necessary, and am removing this temporary measure. The only sanctioned Elysium site for now will be the Jazz Hole.
