Though I have previously announce this, I would like to make it clear to all that Mr. Smith will be filling the position of Sheriff. I have made one significant change to this position. The duties of the Sheriff will encompass both the duties of Sheriff, and Scourge. Along with this, the Sheriff and his deputies will be given all the rights and privileges that a Sheriff or Scourge would posses.
