Kindred of Saint John. I Arthur Arrow of clan Toreador with the status of Trustworthy, Respected, and Resourceful claim Praxis over Saint John. This action is, in my opinion, necessary to ensure the safety of all kindred within this domain. The long absence of Dylon has not prepared the city to deal with the old and new threats from within and outside of our home. With strong leadership, we can yet rise up to these threats. I hope you all welcome this announcement.

At this time, I have the following decrees:
The position of Sherif will be held by Mr. Smith of clan Ventru
The position of Keeper of Elysium will be held by Loki of Clan Toreador

The Jazz hole will be our official Elysium site. All who attend Elysium will be under the protection of myself, and Loki.
As a temporary measure I have extended the protection of Elysium to include the entire city. This means that any reports of violence against other kindred, or any damage to property within the city will be investigated, and those responsible will be punished. This measure will be removed once the political structure of my domain is established.

Most importantly, I would like to invite all kindred to a gathering of the court. It is essential that you make every effort to attend this gathering. Our relationships, are what make us strong. It is our strength that will protect us, and allow us to fulfill our personal desires. The following business will be conducted at this gathering:
1) I will be offering acknowledgment.
2) I will announce the position of Senicial
3) I will announce the positions of Primogen
4) I will be awarding status to those that have earned it, and gone without recognition while Dylon was away.

I would like to be the first to thank you for stepping up and to publicly offer my support. I am also looking forward to having an official court and will do my best to make sure that all members of the city attend.

I woke up today with a feeling something was up. I looked around before i slept and all seemed ready for something. and now i know what that feeling was.
